Post originally part of the #Blogtober 2018.

A fellow writer asked, “Are you doing Blogtober this year?”

Intrigued I searched and discovered the wonderfully scary challenge that is writing a blog post for every day in October. The perfectionist procrastination demon on my shoulder looked over its glasses and questioned my capabilities as well as sanity, but something deeper was ignited that said, ‘Let’s do it.’

“Yes, I’m doing Blogtober.”

(If anyone knows the origins of Blogtober, please share, I would love to update this post to give proper credit.)

If you’re like me and finding the courage to press that ‘publish’ button has been haunting, I invite you to join as well. Give me a link in the comments below, and I’ll come over to visit.

Need some ideas? Here are some general word and phrase prompts.
