Writing Prompt : Hungry Obsidian Mountain

May your hungers take you far this week.

Rock bit through the leather as she fell to one knee; the blood seemed to search out the crags in the hungry mountain. She tried to curse the pain, but all that escaped was a whimper as she collapsed into a heap.

“But you made it so far,” came a rumble through the obsidian. “Be a shame to give up now.”
